Warranty
May Corporation provides a Life Time warranty on the chair frames. The frames are guaranteed against structural defects. This guarantees does not cover deliberate damage or damage from misuse. Frames must be returned and inspected for a credit or replacement. Any modifications to May Corporation products voids the warranty.
Returns
May Corporation will not accept any returns without the prior authorization from the sales representative. The product has to be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. The product must be returned in the original box and be in the original condition.
